I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who took part in last week's Friends for Friends Golf Outing. Our efforts and your continued generosity helped us raise over $13,000, which will be used to assist several families in crisis in our area.

The 17th annual Friends for Friends Golf Outing was held on April 26th at the Paxton Hollow Country Club. It was a perfect, cloudless spring day! Over 60 hole sponsors made the event one of the best in the 17 year history of the event.

Friends for Friends is inviting you to join us for the Phillies vs Reds game on May 18th @ 4:00 pm. We only have 30 tickets left out of 100 so if you want to go please let me know. Bring your family out and enjoy the afternoon with friends!

Friends for Friends needs a few volunteers to help sell raffle tickets during the 17th annual Golf Outing on April 26th. Tee off is 8:00 a.m. and we should finish around 2:00 p.m. Please let Bob Carroll know if you are available!

It's TIME to register, deadline is April 12, 2013! Think SPRING and plan to attend this year's Friends for Friends 17th annual Golf Outing, being held on Friday, April 26th. It will again be at the Paxton Hollow Country Club.

I would like to thank everyone who attended our Friends for Friends Trivia Night. Due to your efforts and generosity together we were able to raise $10,000. I would especially like to thank all the volunteers who helped setup, cleaned up and worked the night of the event.

This Saturday, there is a Beef and Beer for the benefit of Bill Wellock. Bill is a St Dot’s and O’Hara (’77) guy who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when a storm rolled in last summer.

The Friends of Tad White Community extend a very HEARTY thank you for those who gave time and generous support for Tad White.The recent event raised $20,000 to help relieve some of the heavy financial burden that Tad is carrying.

Over the last 18 months, Tad White has waged a successful battle against cancer and shingles. Recently, complications from his battle resulted in Tad’s body being attacked by a flesh eating bacteria that was extremely serious and life threatening.
