Christmas Greeting from Bob Carroll

I hope this note finds you well and ready to experience the joy of the Christmas season.

Your Friends for Friends Executive Board met recently and approved a donation  for a young mother who has been diagnosed with a brain tumor just two weeks after giving birth to her third child.

Because of your continued generosity, FfF was able to donate $1,500 to help pay some of the mounting medical expenses this courageous woman is facing.

And as we have always done at this time of the year, Friends for Friends is looking to assist families with small children to ensure they have a Merry Christmas.

If you would like to nominate a family, please email me the pertinent details, and we will make every effort to help.

Also, as you begin to plan your 2014 social calendar, be sure to block out February 22nd for the annual Trivia Night. Start getting your tables together.  It is always a great night, so be on the lookout for more details to come.

Finally, I would like to thank the members who have already sent in their dues for 2014.

Our goal for 2014 is 100% membership renewal and we are always looking to add new members.

Please try to get one member to join. If we all get one new member will have over 500 members.
