FfF Helps Eight More Families In Need

While it has been a few months since our last Friends for Friends update, your FfF Executive Board has been on the job evaluating the nominations of eight area families who find themselves in challenging medical and financial circumstances.

I am happy to tell you that because of your consistent generous spirit we were able to help all eight families.

In the last several weeks we issued FfF checks totaling $20,000 to these neighbors in need.

Your executive board accepted the sincere outpouring of appreciation from these families on your behalf and share their heartfelt gratitude with you today.

Also, as we move away from the hot, hazy days of summer and head into the cool, crisp fall season, please consider joining us for a FfF Night of Bowling in October, and taking part in the 3rd annual Pennsylvania Daily Number drawing in November. More details to follow on both events.
